The Datejust is the Rolex that introduced the instantaneous date change in 1945 and has remained ever since the benchmark for an everyday watch. The 116200 is the steel version with a smooth bezel, one that dispenses with all ostentation. Here, the black dial with Roman numerals changes the character of the watch: more formal than the version with baton markers, and less common on the market.
Steel case, 36 mm diameter. Smooth bezel. Black dial with applied Roman numerals. Date display at 3 o'clock with a Cyclops lens on the crystal. Manufacture automatic caliber 3135 movement, chronometer-certified. Steel Oyster bracelet. Water-resistant to 100 meters. Year of production: 2019.
