Shipping and Delivery

For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are not included in the product price or in the shipping fees.

These charges, when applied, are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will be requested directly by the carrier at the time of delivery or before the parcel is released from customs.

Aurea Luxury Lab always ships using the DAP (Delivered At Place) method: this means that the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties. Refusing or failing to settle these charges may result in delays or the return of the package to the sender; in such cases, any incurred costs are non-refundable.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Times

Shipments are sent to the address provided at the time of order. Orders confirmed and paid before 11:00 AM are usually shipped the same business day. For orders received after that time, shipment will occur on the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are excluded.

In the event of carrier strikes, logistical disruptions, or external events not attributable to Aurea, the shipment will be made on the next available business day.

Once the product has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing real-time monitoring of the shipment.

Aurea offers the option to receive the package at the address provided during the order, to have it delivered directly to the person who placed the order, or to choose an authorised pick-up point provided by the carrier via the link included in the tracking email.

Important Notice for Returns or Refunds

For security and customer protection, the recipient’s presence at the time of delivery is mandatory.

Our shipping insurance, as well as our return and refund policy, does not cover products delivered without a signature at the customer’s address or left unattended (e.g., outside the door, in the lobby, or with third parties), if these delivery methods were requested from the carrier outside the official tracking platform, or if the tracking number provided by Aurea or the designated carrier is not used.

For this reason, if the customer is unsure whether they can personally receive the package, we strongly recommend choosing delivery to an official pick-up point, especially considering the high value of Aurea products.

If these conditions are not met, Aurea reserves the right not to recognise the right of withdrawal, refund, or replacement.
