Are your products original?

Yes, we are luxury retailers and our internal code, as well as the Aurea regulation, obliges us to double check before purchasing an item, quality check in the laboratory and digital certification Entrupy, which represents a purchase guarantee.

What are the shipping times?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed on weekdays before 1pm take 5-7 business days to arrive with standard shipping and 24 hours with Express delivery.

International deliveries can take 4 to 16 days. Shipping details will be provided in your item dispatch confirmation email, where you will find the tracking code.
