Authenticity and certifications
Are your products authentic?
All products sold by Aurea Luxury Lab are original. Each item undergoes a Double check: on the one hand we use authentication technologies based on artificial intelligence (like Entrupy or equivalent platforms, when available for that brand/model), on the other hand comes a thorough quality check was carried out by our internal laboratory.
What type of certificate of authenticity do I receive?
When the brand and model allow it, we include a certificate issued by an AI platform authentication (e.g. Entrupy or equivalent services). In all other cases, the purchase receipt/invoice issued by Aurea Luxury Lab, together with the control of our laboratory, represents the main proof of authenticity of the article.
Can I request a specific Entrupy certificate?
The AI certificate is issued only when the brand and model are supported by the system. The absence of the Entrupy certificate or similar does not mean that the product is not authentic, but only that The AI certification service is not available for that model. In any case, the item is verified and guaranteed. from our in-house laboratory.
Conditions of the articles
Are the items new or used?
We mainly deal with pre-owned items, that is, used but carefully selected. In some cases, unused or “as new” parts may also be available.
How do you communicate the state of conservation?
Each product has a detailed description of the condition (example: “like new”, “excellent condition”, “good condition”, etc.) and high-resolution photos showing relevant details, including any small signs of use.

Yes, Aurea Luxury Lab purchases luxury bags and accessories from private individuals, selecting only original items. in good condition and from recognized brands.

Is it possible to purchase directly in the showroom?
