Digital Certificate of authenticity issued by Entrupy and/or LegitGrails or equivalent, the leading authentication services for luxury items. Included free of charge with the purchase of eligible items. Some brands, models, or materials are not supported by advanced digital verifications; you will still receive our certificate of authenticity.
Each item undergoes both a human and digital double check, using advanced technologies such as Entrupy, when supported.
When the item comes with the original purchase documents, these are provided with the previous owner's personal information redacted, in compliance with privacy regulations. Each product is inspected and authenticated in our laboratory before being listed for sale.
At Aurea, we select only bags in like-new or excellent condition: you’ll never find broken, incomplete, or neglected items.
We often carry exclusive, rare, or discontinued items: for this reason, slight signs of use may be present and are part of the item’s story.
Our 4 categories:
- New – Never used, with the original kit when available (dust bag, box, tags)
- Like new – Used, with no visible signs of wear or defects
- Excellent – Slight signs of use, with no scratches or damage
- Good – Visible signs of use, complete and intact
All our pieces are unique and available for Express delivery within 24 hours throughout Italy, except for pre-order pieces, whose delivery time is indicated on the product page.
