Terms and Conditions – Aurea Rewards Club

1. Enrollment in the Program

The Aurea Rewards Club program is a loyalty program promoted by Aurea Luxury Lab and reserved for customers registered on the e-commerce site www.aurealuxurylab.com.

Registration is free and automatic when you register on the site, or manually using the dedicated form. Joining the program implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accumulate points

The points, called Aurea Rewards , are accumulated in several ways:

• 1 point for every euro spent on the site, net of discounts, coupons, and shipping.

• Completion of specific actions, such as:

  • newsletter subscription

  • follow on Instagram or TikTok

  • sign up for the loyalty program

Points are automatically credited after purchase, once the transaction is confirmed. Canceled, refunded, or unfulfilled orders will not be eligible for points.

3. Using points

Each point has a nominal value of €0.10 .

Points can be redeemed in the form of discount vouchers , subject to the following minimum conditions:

• €500 spent → maximum €50 discount (500 points)

• €1,000 spent → maximum €150 discount (1,500 points)

The maximum amount of points you can redeem depends on your spending threshold and any promotions currently active. You must reach the minimum required points for each discount level.

Vouchers generated cannot be converted into cash and cannot be combined with each other or with other discount codes, unless otherwise indicated by Aurea.

Aurea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update the terms and conditions for redeeming points and their use at any time, including for temporary promotions or specific periods of the year.

4. Validity of points

The points accumulated are valid until December 31st of the current year .

Aurea reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the validity of points for technical, promotional, or loyalty reasons. Points not used by the expiration date will be automatically canceled and can no longer be redeemed.

5. Anti-fraud system and violations of the regulation

Aurea adopts an advanced anti-fraud monitoring system to ensure the program's fairness and transparency.

Any suspicious activity – including, but not limited to: multiple registrations, misuse of data or codes, simulated purchases or attempts to manipulate the point allocation mechanisms – will result in:

• the immediate suspension or cancellation of the account involved ;

• the cancellation of accumulated points ;

• the retroactive cancellation of any benefits obtained ;

• initiating legal action or recovering the amount irregularly discounted , if necessary.

Aurea also reserves the right to exclude from the program any user whose behavior is deemed contrary to the company's interests or in violation of these regulations.

6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Aurea reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are posted on the website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically consult the dedicated section to stay updated on the current conditions.
