La Bibliothèque è una delle borse più ambiziose e strutturate che Prada abbia mai prodotto: una pochette rigida ispirata alla forma di un libro — da cui il nome — con una costruzione sartoriale che mette in mostra il massimo della maestria artigianale della maison. Questa versione è realizzata in pelle di vitello rossa con finitura lucida e morbida al tatto, e si distingue per la chiusura a patta con fibbia a sgancio rapido in metallo oro, i bordi rifiniti a mano e il logo triangolare Prada smaltato in oro applicato frontalmente. La silhouette è rigorosa e geometrica — 31 × 23 × 15 cm — con manici superiori corti in pelle e tracolla removibile. L'interno è rivestito in pelle con scomparto principale, tasca con zip e specchietto. Un pezzo da collezione, oggi fuori produzione, che rappresenta uno degli apici del saper fare Prada.
