1. Service Owner

The private auction service “Aurea Exclusive Auction” is managed by Falabella Retail Group SRLS , with registered office in Via Mascherella 20, 41121 Modena (MO), Tax Code / VAT number 04163720362, registered in the REA MO-448086, owner of the website www.aurealuxurylab.com .

2. Object of the Service

Through the “Aurea Exclusive Auction” service, the user has the possibility to:

  • Purchase one or more items directly at the indicated price.

  • Submit a purchase proposal (offer) for items eligible for private negotiation.


Proposals are non-binding until confirmed in writing by Aurea Luxury Lab.

3. Method of Sending an Offer

  • Offers can be submitted directly from the product page using the “Make an Offer” button.

  • Once the offer has been received, Aurea Luxury Lab will be able to:

    • Accept the offer.

    • Reject it.

    • Submit a counter-proposal (up to 1 per customer).

  • The customer will be notified via email about the outcome.

4. Validity of Offers

  • Offers sent are valid for a maximum of 24 hours .

  • In case of rejection, it will be possible to send a new offer after 24 hours from the previous one.

5. Acceptance of the Offer

If accepted, the customer will receive a link to complete the purchase within 24 hours .

After this period has elapsed without completion of payment, the offer will be considered void.

6. Product Availability

All items are unique pieces .

Sending the offer does not guarantee the availability of the product until written confirmation and payment received.

7. Shipping and Returns

  • All items purchased through auction follow the same shipping and return conditions valid for standard purchases, available in the "General Terms and Conditions" section of the site.

  • It is essential that the customer be present at the time of delivery. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed for packages left unattended, to third parties, or without a traceable receipt.

8. Guarantee of Authenticity

Each bag offered through the auction service is authenticated using Entrupy technology , with a certificate included where specified.

9. Modification and Suspension Clause

Aurea Luxury Lab reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the auction service at any time, without notice, for technical or commercial reasons.

10. Competent Court

The Court of Modena will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
