Terms and Conditions – Purchasing Bags from Private Individuals

Aurea Luxury Lab offers private customers the opportunity to sell their luxury bags and accessories through a direct and professional evaluation and purchasing service.

1. Who can sell to Aurea

The service is reserved for private customers of legal age, resident in Italy or abroad, who intend to sell authentic bags from selected luxury brands.

Aurea reserves the right to refuse the purchase of items that do not conform to its standards of authenticity, quality or condition.

2. How it works

To propose the sale of a bag, you can:

• Send a request via WhatsApp or email to info@aurealuxurylab.com , attaching detailed photos of the item, including inside, outside, labels, serial number and signs of wear;

• Please indicate the brand, model, condition and available accessories (dust bag, box, receipt, etc.);

• Specify the desired price or wait for a quote from Aurea;

• Or fill out the form available on the “Sell” page of the site .

Once the item is evaluated, our team will provide:

• A direct purchase proposal (with net price offered);

• Or, alternatively, a consignment offer if direct purchase is not possible.

3. Shipping the item to Aurea

In case of acceptance of the proposal:

• The customer must send the item to Aurea at his own expense , unless otherwise indicated by our office , or deliver it personally to the showroom in Modena by appointment;

• All items shipped must be adequately packaged and protected .

Aurea assumes no responsibility for damage or loss during transport. Insured shipping with traceable courier is strongly recommended.

4. Verification and authentication

Upon receipt of the item, Aurea will perform a physical verification and authentication via the Entrupy system , as well as a full condition check.

If the product is:

• As described: Payment will be made according to the agreed terms;

• Non-compliant or inauthentic: the item will be returned to the sender at his expense.

5. Payment

The verification and payment process is usually completed within 24 hours of receiving the item.

However, during high volume periods or holidays , the entire process may take up to 5 business days .

Payment will be made by bank transfer to the seller , using the details provided in the form.

6. Withdrawal of the offer

Aurea reserves the right to withdraw or modify the economic offer in the event that, following the physical examination of the article, discrepancies emerge with respect to the photos or information provided in the preliminary phase.

7. Seller's Responsibility

The seller guarantees that:

• The item offered is your legitimate property , not subject to theft or legal disputes;

• The item is original and authentic , free from counterfeits or alterations.

In case of false declarations, Aurea reserves the right to report the fact to the competent authorities.

8. Electronic signature and documentation

Before making the payment , Aurea will send the customer a purchase receipt in electronic format , which must be digitally signed using a secure electronic signature system.

To complete the operation, it is essential to attach to the form:

• a copy of a valid identity document ;

• the tax code .
