In 2016, Rolex brought ceramic to the Daytona: the black Cerachrom bezel replaced steel, and the tachymetric scale became impervious to scratches and sunlight. This was the transition that made the 116500LN the most sought-after chronograph on the market, with waiting lists lasting several years and prices consistently above retail. This example dates from 2020 and features a black dial with contrasting sub-dials.

Calibre 4130 automatic manufacture movement, 72-hour power reserve, Superlative Chronometer certified. Oyster bracelet in Oystersteel with Oysterlock clasp and Easylink system.
