The Hourglass is the bag that defined Demna’s Balenciaga: its curved base, reminiscent of an hourglass’s narrow waist, pays tribute to Cristóbal Balenciaga’s sculptural silhouettes. Its rigid structure gives it a striking presence, while the metal B on the flap is the brand’s only signature. In the Small version in white leather, it can be carried by the top handle or worn crossbody, and is a luminous, graphic bag that adds character to a simple look.
