Digital Certificate of authenticity issued by Entrupy and/or LegitGrails or equivalent, the leading authentication services for luxury items. Included free of charge with the purchase of eligible items. Some brands, models, or materials are not supported by advanced digital verifications; you will still receive our Certificate of authenticity.
Each item is double-checked, both human and digital, using advanced technologies like Entrupy, where supported.
Due to privacy regulations, original purchase documents are not sent, but each product is checked and authenticated in our laboratory before being put on sale.
At Aurea, we select only bags in like-new or Excellent condition: you will never find broken, incomplete, or neglected items as on other platforms.
We often deal with exclusive, rare, or discontinued pieces: therefore, slight signs of use may be present, but they represent the value of uniqueness.
Our 4 categories:
- New – Never used, with original kit (when available, including dust bag, box, tags)
- Like new – Used, but without visible marks or defects
- Excellent condition – Used with slight signs of use, but no scratches or breaks
- Good condition – Used with visible signs, but complete and intact
All our items are unique and available for Express delivery within 24 hours throughout Italy, with the exception of pre-order items whose delivery time is indicated in the product description.
