The GG Marmont is the model with which Gucci brought the vintage Double G back to the center of its identity, and the chevron matelassé became its visual signature: quilting that gives the leather volume and makes it come alive with its own light. The Small size is the most balanced in the family, spacious enough for the day and compact enough to work in the evening as well. On this piece, the black is enlivened by red and gold accents, which break up the monochrome and make it more distinctive than the all-black version.
