Designed by Anthony Vaccarello and becoming one of Saint Laurent’s most recognizable bags within just a few years, the Niki strikes a rare balance: a soft, almost lived-in silhouette held together by a structure that does not lose its shape. This is the version in hammered lambskin, with the Cassandre applied to the front and the sliding Shoulder strap that allows it to be carried on the shoulder or crossbody by simply adjusting the length. Light musk is the most interesting shade in the range: a muted military green that shifts toward gray and brown depending on the light, difficult to find and far more versatile than its name suggests. It works as a neutral with camel, denim, and black, but it is not the usual black.
