Introduced by Cartier in the early 2000s, the Roadster brings the world of sports cars to watchmaking: its barrel-shaped case with rounded lines recalls car bodies, while the magnifying lens above the date window evokes a car’s headlight. In the women’s version in steel, with a quartz movement, it combines a distinctive design with everyday practicality. The silvered dial with soleil finish and large Roman numerals, a signature style of the maison, are paired with the steel bracelet integrated into the case. L’exemplar is in good condition, with slight signs of wear consistent with use, and is sold without its box and papers.
